The Mushroom Mug #2 has been handmade using an earthy, stoneware clay, slab-built and hand manipulated to create the form. The spots and the stem of the mushroom have been textured using natural, foraged finds. The image of the mushroom has been hand carved in the clay. Hand-painted in blue and white.
Each piece is individual, bearing the same colours and similarities, with subtle differences in glaze and size. The rim of the mug is not perfectly round, you could say "Perfect Imperfect" just how I like it!
All items are food safe and dishwasher safe. Please remember that hand-washing is always kinder to your hand-crafted item.
